Tuesday May 13, 7pm There will be an information session on the proposed fracked gas pipeline project at the Windsor Town, MA Hall.  Bruce Winn, from the Berkshire Environmental Action Team (BEAT), will provide a presentation on the proposed Tennessee Gas Pipeline (TGP) route through Windsor and other western Massachusetts towns.  Rosemary Wessel , organizer of No Fracked Gas in Massachusetts (NFGIM) and a representative from Kinder Morgan have both been invited to attend and answer questions. Thursday, May 15, 5 P.M. Gather on the Greenfield Common at the intersection of Main and Federal Streets across from Bank Row for a brief rally and then march to the J.W. Olver Transit Center, 12 Olive Street, Greenfield, MA to demonstrate community opposition to the proposed Kinder Morgan fracked gas pipeline!  Allen Fore, Director of Public Affairs – Kinder Morgan Energy Partners a part of the Northeast Expansion Project by Tennessee Gas will be making a Presentation to the Franklin County Council of Governments and the Franklin Regional Planning Board on the Proposed Pipeline. Public not invited inside but we own the streets!

Wednesday, May 28, 6:30-8:30pm. NRC Annual Dog and Pony Show : Brattleboro Union High School’s Auditorium, 131 Fairground Road, Brattleboro. The Annual Assessment Meeting for Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station.  The NRC will be available to respond to questions on specific performance issues at the plant and our role in ensuring safe plant operations.
